Is there a warranty on Forschner Knives?
There is a warranty on defective goods. There is no warranty on worn or misused items.
Do we accept returned merchandise?
We will accept returned merchandise with prior approval. If the merchandise is a special order that you requested then that cannot be returned.
How do we ship our items?
The items will be shipped either mail with delivery confirmation or UPS. Which ever is the most reasonable or if you request a certain way for your package to be shipped we will try to accommodate your request.
Will we order special size saw bands?
Yes, we will order a special size saw band for you at your request. However you will have to take at least a quantity of 4 of the special size saw band because that is the only way our supplier will make a special size. Note: This special size is not returnable. So if you need a different size than what is listed, please call so we can cross reference the size for your meat saw.
Do we carry saw parts for your meat saws?
Yes, we do have some common meat saw parts on hand and can get you parts for your meat saw. Please call us with type of meat saw and exactly what you need and we can try to help you and give you a price for that part.
Do we resharpen grinder plates & knives?
Yes, we do resharpen grinder plates and knives for individuals or companies. We charge $10.00 an item. (So for 1 Grinder Plate & Knife it would be $20.00 plus shipping them back.) You would have to ship them to us and then we would resharpen them for you and ship them back to you.
What is the time frame for getting grinder plates & knives resharpened?
Usually only a day or two after we receive them from you and then we ship them directly back to you. If you let us know how soon you would like them back we will try to accommodate your time frame.
